How is hourly billing calculated?

The hourly rate is the monthly price plus 20%, divided by 730 hours. It is charged from your balance at the start of every hour.

What is the difference between hourly and monthly?

Monthly is paid upfront and costs 16% less. Hourly suits servers you only need for a while. You can switch at any time.

How do I top up?

Through Duitku: virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet or retail outlets. The minimum is Rp50.000. Balance is non-refundable.

What happens when my balance runs out?

We warn you when your balance covers less than 3 days. If it stays negative for more than 24 hours, servers are suspended. After 7 days they are deleted with their data.

In Jakarta, Indonesia.

Can I run Windows?

Yes. Windows Server 2022 and 2025 are available without a license. Licensing Windows is up to you.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. Delete a server at any time to stop being billed.
